Reading Pictograph

This is a pictograph depicting a statistic about American reading habits. When it comes to projects like these, I prefer simplicity over clutter. I also wanted to properly convey the idea of the statistic through the graphic. I used complex shapes and text to create the above pictograph and I am happy with the result.
